How we carried out the work

Once detached, the panels were lowered safely to the ground, then double-wrapped in thick polythene and sealed with duct tape. This careful wrapping ensured the materials remained fully contained during handling and transport.
Throughout the process, we used H-type asbestos vacuums to remove any fine dust and maintain a clean environment. When the removal was complete, our team carried out a comprehensive visual inspection to confirm the area was clear of asbestos debris.

Overcoming site challenge
The garage was located slightly away from the main access point, meaning the waste had to be carried approximately 100 metres to the collection vehicle.
